What Will You Bring?
Our famous and fabulous Auction Night will be upon us again soon. This evening always proves to be a great night out for Rotarians and non-Rotarians, bidder and non-bidders - although bidders are usually helpful!  If you have any friends that enjoy a good night out then invite them along to our Auction Night on 17th November.

Auction items can be sourced from so many places -your imagination, your workplace, your kitchen, your garden, your back cupboard of unused gifts.  Anything that someone else will buy could benefit our auction so dig deep, invite your friends and family and come long for a fabulous evening of bidding fun.
Be sure to let the Club know who you are bringing and if you want to donate something but can't be there on the night be sure to let one of the Directors know.
Our resident auctioneers will be in the house - at least we think they will!

Be part of the discussion again at tomorrow night's meeting and have your say,

The following people have been allocated to duties for the next few weeks.

Please note that if your name is listed here it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement for your duty if you are not going to be available. You must also inform Doug if have swapped so that he can be properly prepared for the meeting (027 227 3859).  Ideally, if you have swapped a couple of weeks ahead it would also be helpful to email Alan so that duties can be fairly allocated across everyone - abandsballinger@vodafone.co.nz.
