At Changeover on 16 June, the Placemat detailed our income and expenditure from the Trust for the year.   A very pleasing result as this year included the Community Phone Book project as well as the Comedy Night at Davaar - 2 very lucrative income streams.   On top of these figures, we have also just paid for 2 x kids to attend Camp Quality at $1700 per child (Camp Quality is for children suffering from Cancer).

The Attendance Plate was not presented on Thursday but will be presented once we have completed the full Rotary year which will finish on 29 June.  The plate will then be presented in July once the appropriate engraving has been added.

As at 18 June our Club finances are looking very healthy so we will be working to distribute a good portion of this money to local causes in the coming months.

Trust Account = $37,318
Club Account = $7,830
Term Deposits = $42,544

Plus we have just over $17,000 still to collect from Phone Book advertisers.

The Comedy Night profit of $ $29,378.67 has been received from Davaar and now paid onto the Fiordland Trails Trust.  A great achievement in the name of Rotary!

Thats all for this month.
Cheers
