Jordan Harris was the 2016 recipient of the club’s ‘Trade Grant’ of $2,500, to assist with his training and equipment costs. He studied Automotive Engineering at SIT with excellent results and works with Mark here in Te Anau. He is a very busy lad with 3 days at SIT in Invercargill and 2 working here. He is also a keen and accomplished rugby player, representing Southland in age group teams and playing for the Te Anau senior team also. This required  even more travel for practices etc but he never let these demands take a toll on his work and learning. A truly dedicated young man with a bright future.
